ERP Update - April 10, 2026

We have successfully transitioned to our new ERP system. While we experienced a few issues on the first morning, there were no significant obstacles as production began. Orders are being processed, and books are shipping as planned.

We are actively working to minimize disruption; however, you may experience some continued delays in a few areas as we finalize data migration and improve workflows. These impacts are temporary, and we will continue to keep you updated as things stabilize.

Here are the main areas where you may notice an impact:

  • Quotes – Quote turnaround times are longer than usual while work is temporarily routed through a dedicated estimating team during data migration. We are actively working through the backlog and appreciate your patience. Our apologies if you are being impacted in this area.

  • MyBooks portal – We have experienced a few technical challenges this week. We will continue to monitor and deal with these issues when they arise. There are some features that we are working on addressing.

  • Response time – Response times may be longer while teams work through transition-related requests. Please include your order/quote number (if available) to help us respond faster.

Much of the planning and testing leading up to this week has paid off, and we are confident this system will deliver long‑term benefits for you and our team. Thank you for your continued partnership and patience during this transition.
