ERP Update - March 20, 2026

Last week, we shared details about our upcoming Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation—an important milestone that will strengthen how we serve you in the future. As a reminder, this transition will take place the week of March 30–April 3, and production schedules have been planned accordingly.

This update focuses specifically on changes you will see in our quotes.

Why are we changing the quote format? Our new ERP system allows us to streamline and automate the quoting process. This will help us improve turnaround times now and provide a strong foundation for future enhancements, including the possibility of real-time‑ quoting.

What will change? You will notice a new, clearer quote format, designed to reduce uncertainty and improve transparency. We included a sample (below) of what the new format looks like, including how options are presented. The key benefits:

  • Clearer format: Product specifications will be presented more concisely for easier review.
  • Pricing clarity: Both unit pricing and total pricing will be clearly shown.
  • Options shown separately: Separate quote letters are in a single PDF file which shows options as its own unit and total price.
  • Easier comparison: Variation line that clearly states the difference from the base quote, helping avoid misunderstandings and making comparisons simpler.

While we are working hard to reduce the impact, you will inevitably encounter some inconveniences at the start as our team works within the new system.

The good news is we will continue to quote and provide prices during our week of transition.
