Print Tour:
Ryerson will be providing a tour of the GCM building including all print manufacturing equipment from the beginning to the end of your book manufacturing workflow.

Special Guest Speaker Kevin Grand! – Topic: Yearbook in the Classroom!

  • Former teacher at Notre Dame College School, Welland ON
  • Over 28 years of experience teaching yearbook
  • One of the first teachers in Ontario to bring yearbook into the classroom as a course
  • Kevin will share how he taught yearbook and developed a program that consistently produced a top 3 yearbook in Canada
  • Kevin also had 2 students reach the national finals in desktop publishing at Skills Canada including one student who took home a gold medal
  • In 2010 Kevin co-authored a yearbook curriculum and a yearbook curriculum guide
