We recently changed the title of our CSR (Customer Service Representative) to CPS (Customer Project Specialist) Team. It reflects what we do in the way of working with you and managing your projects here at Friesens. They are your primary contact while your project is being produced. Please remember that they are just a phone call or email away and that they are in the service business. They are here to help.
Friesens produces thousands of titles each year. Each project is unique and special in its own way. The CPS Team is a diverse group of people that have interests as varied as the books we produce.
