As the school year rolls on, you’re probably (or should be) deep into the creative and production process of your yearbook. This is a pivotal month for laying down the foundation of the book! Here’s what you should be prioritizing this month, whether you’re a Spring or Fall Delivery school:

- Upload and Edit Portraits: Ensure all student and staff portraits are uploaded, cropped, and edited to match your layout standards.
- Complete all Templates: Lock in your page templates so your team can start popping in content without delays.
- Submit Your First Batch of Pages to Friesens: Start sending completed pages to Friesens to stay ahead of your deadlines.
- Finalize and Submit Cover & Endsheets: Your cover and endsheet designs should be polished and submitted this month (or at least before December 12 to be entered into the 2025-26 Friesens Cover Contest!)
- Begin Coverage of Winter Sports, Clubs, and Activities: Start capturing those stories from winter events…those are key content areas!
- Update Your Planning Calendar: Keep your timeline current with any new developments or changes in school events.
- Continue Marketing and Selling Your Yearbooks: Keep the momentum going by enrolling in our free Direct-to-Parent Email program or by planning a Holiday Sales Campaign.

November is a month of momentum and staying organized and proactive will make all the difference. We’re here to support you every step of the way, so keep those pages coming!
