Managing your yearbook just got easier! Whether you’re onboarding new advisors, students, or support staff, ConnectMe makes user setup fast, flexible, and secure. Here’s how you can get your team collaborating in real time:

CREATE OR MODIFY USERS WITH CONFIDENCE
Start by logging in to your ConnectMe account and head to the Account tab. From there, you’re in control…add new users or update existing ones with just a few clicks.
ADD NEW USERS IN SECONDS
Click Add User, fill in their name, email, and phone number, and let ConnectMe do the rest. The system automatically generates a username…no guesswork required! No email? No problem! ConnectMe will create a username based on the user’s name and school account number.

CUSTOMIZE ROLES AND PERMISSIONS
Assign a role to set default permissions, then fine-tune access with easy checkbox controls. Whether you’re giving full editing rights or view-only access, ConnectMe adapts to your needs.
SEAMLESS EMAIL NOTIFICATION
Once a user is added, they’ll receive an email with their username, temporary password (which expires after 24 hours…security you can trust), and a login link. A second email welcomes them to the yearbook project and provides direct access to ConnectMe. If no email is provided, the advisor receives the credentials to pass along manually.
COPY & DELETE WITH EASE
Need to replicate permissions form an existing user? Just click Copy User, enter the new details, and hit Save. Removing a user is just as simple…select the account and click Delete User.

ConnectMe isn’t just a tool, it’s your partner in building a collaborative secure, and efficient yearbook workflow. With intuitive user management, you’ll spend less time on setup and more time creating something unforgettable.
