Walking into the plant, you will enter our customer service area. Our customer service representatives are pivotal to the success of our firm. We do understand that we are in the business of serving our customers . . . and without customers there would be no business.

At Friesens the responsibility of the CSR is to communicate with our customers and sales staff, and to know all the details of your job. Please direct all questions, proofs, disks, art work, shipping information, etc. to them. They are ready to be of service to you.
